All tickets are to be pre-purchased online via the Ticketmaster website at ticketmaster.com.au/australiangp. There will be no tickets available to purchase at the gates.
To ensure fairness, fans are not able to reserve the same seat for consecutive years.
All children aged between 3-14 are required to purchase a junior ticket to the event. This is inclusive of Park Pass, Grandstand and Hospitality tickets.
There is a six-ticket limit for pre-sales.
There is a ticket limit of 10 for the general public on sale.
Please reach out to your point of contact directly. AGPC-authorised agents are required to provide you with a refund on the same basis as AGPC would provide a refund under the Attendance Conditions (linked in footer).
If you purchase through an unauthorised third-party company such as Viagogo or The Ticket Merchant, purchases are made at the customer’s own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing through authorised agent. If you’re not sure, the official ticketing partner in Ticketmaster is a safe bet!
To access your Mobile tickets, you will need to log into the mobile web browser to your Ticketmaster account and go to your ‘orders’ page to download the tickets. Alternatively, you can also do so through the Ticketmaster app. Please click here to find some helpful tips on how to gain access to your mobile tickets.
Park Pass and Grandstand tickets will be available to download from the time of purchase. Hospitality tickets will be available to download 4-6 weeks prior to the event.
No. A mobile ticket must be provided either within the app, the mobile website or your phone’s wallet to gain entry. Additionally, you can’t forward tickets using a screenshot.
A Collector Ticket is a hard copy ticket that not only gets you into the event but also serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the race is over.
Collector Tickets are only made available for selected events. They can be purchased through the normal purchase processes - be sure to select a “Collector Ticket” ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $25 surcharge.
Collector Tickets can only be delivered to fans via mail and cannot be sent as Mobile tickets or collected from outlets or the venue. Collector Tickets are not available to those without a valid Australian address. You must provide an Australian postal address to receive Collector Tickets.
If you have not received your collector tickets within one week from the event, please click here to submit an enquiry through the Ticketmaster webpage and include your event name and "Collector Tickets Not Arrived” as the subject.
You can forward your ticket to a friend through your Ticketmaster account. Please note that doing so will cancel any tickets/barcodes in your account and allocate new barcodes to your friend. Helpful information on forwarding your ticket to a friend can be found here.
Alternatively, you can resell your tickets* through our official resale platform Tixel.
Reselling is only for Park Pass and Grandstand tickets; Hospitality tickets can't be resold.
There is a small range of tickets throughout the circuit that are flagged as partial view due to the railings of the grandstand or other unavoidable restrictions.
All front-row seating is flagged as partial view due to the railing in front of you.
If you have purchased a Grandstand ticket, you do not need to purchase an additional Park Pass ticket.
If you are concerned about your phone battery on the day of the event, we suggest purchasing the collector ticket option.
Alternatively, if your battery does run out of battery on the day, not to worry. The Ticketmaster support team located outside each gate will be able to print you a replacement ticket for the day.
Park Pass tickets are subject to market-driven pricing, meaning prices may vary based on demand and availability. Please be aware that there could be fluctuations in ticket prices as a result. All ticket prices are subject to change.
A portion of each Grandstand will be allocated to In Demand Tickets which are tickets to the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025 in some of the most sought-after areas of each of the Grandstands. Please Note - Ticket prices may fluctuate based on demand.
In Demand tickets are made available by event organisers through Ticketmaster. They give fans fair and safe access to the most sought-after areas in the Grandstands at market-driven prices (adjusting prices according to supply and demand). In Demand tickets are ticket-only purchases, and prices are subject to change at any time.
Tickets in all grandstands that are the first 4 seats from each aisle have a $20 surcharge for being close or onto an aisle. This is also reflected in the 3 seats in the back aisle, which do not have any seats in front of them.
The arrival date for merchandise packs is currently TBC. Please check back regularly for when this is updated.
Patrons holding a concession Ticket must provide identification confirming concession status at the time of entry and carry that identification with them at all times during the Event. AGPC will accept the following cards as proof of concession only: Full Pensioner Concession Card or Full Time Student Card (including International), Health Care Card and Veterans Affairs Card.
Senior Cards are not accepted as a form of concession. If a Ticket has been acquired on a concession basis and the Patron is unable to show concession identification to the satisfaction of AGPC at any time during the Event, the Patron may be refused entry or directed to leave the Event by AGPC.
