It is important that tickets to the Grand Prix™ are purchased through authorised and reputable companies.
The Australian Grand Prix Corporation partners with a range of travel and experience companies below who provide authorised travel packages, which include tickets to the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025.
Major Events Act 2009
Under the Major Events Act 2009 (Vic) (“ME Act”), it is an offence for a ticket to this event to be resold, offered or advertised for resale for an amount that exceeds 10% above the face value price of the ticket unless the seller is authorised in writing by the event organiser.
Breaching the ME Act can result in heavy fines of up to $118,554 for an individual and $592,770 for a company.
Purchasing a ticket from an unauthorised seller can result in the ticket holder being denied entry to the event.
