Expect Nothing Less

Tickets for the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025 will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday 8 October, as excitement continues to rise for the 2025 season opener in Melbourne. Fans who are part of the Ticketmaster Ballot Presale will have access one day earlier, on Monday 7 October.

In addition to returning to the coveted position of first race of the season, the Melbourne race, scheduled for 13 – 16 March 2025, will be host to some highly anticipated debuts.

Australian Jack Doohan, son of five-time motorcycling World Champion Mick Doohan, will make his full-time Formula 1® race seat debut with Alpine, having served as the team’s reserve driver since 2023.

Lewis Hamilton made his Formula 1® debut in Melbourne in 2007, reaching the podium with a third place that year before winning the race in 2008. Hamilton will make his first race appearance for Ferrari at the iconic city circuit, after announcing his departure from long-term team Mercedes earlier this year.

Across the grid, Oscar Piastri will be hoping to replicate his current form for a triumph at his home race after winning his first F1® Grand Prix in Hungary in July, followed by another win this past weekend in Azerbaijan.

Tickets for the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025 will start at just $45 for a Thursday Park Pass (GA), while Grandstand tickets start at $125. Kids under 14 will be able to attend Thursday for free or all four days for just $25 with a paying adult.
