Crown to bring international star to Grand Prix™
Tuesday, 11 February 2025
Crown will return to pole position at the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit as the presenter of the Crown Lakeside Festival, with international superstar Fatboy Slim set to close out the entertainment on Sunday.
The Crown Lakeside Festival, with the iconic Albert Park Lake and city skyline as a backdrop, will host live music from Friday to Sunday, keeping racegoers entertained into the evening.
Friday will see Australian rock royalty, The Living End and Spiderbait, bring their signature sounds to the Lakeside Festival. The Living End rose to fame in the 1990s with songs like Prisoner Of Society and White Noise, and have twice reached the number one spot on the ARIA Albums Chart. Spiderbait's cover of the 1930s song Black Betty saw the group reach the top of the ARIA Singles Chart in 2004, and between 1995 and 2005 have had five top 20 albums.
Leading the Saturday line-up is Tones And I, one of Australia’s most acclaimed exports with her music reaching over 10 billion streams and sold-out live performances everywhere. Joining the stage on Saturday is six-time ARIA Award winner, Yolngu sensation Baker Boy, whose debut album Gela took home the 2022 ARIA Album of the Year, and who has earned honours including the 2019 Young Australian of the Year and Order of Australian (OAM) medal.
An icon of the dance and electronic music scene since he helped popularise the big beat genre in the 1990s, Fatboy Slim will have the race day fans buzzing with his DJ set that unites a crowd and his enthusiasm to bring everyone together. Playing a unique blend of his own hits from Right Here Right Now and Praise You to his current single Bus Stop Please, there is no one who gets the party started like him. Fatboy Slim has performed on some of the biggest stages in the world and is now adding the FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025 to the list.
Supporting Fatboy Slim on Sunday will be Australian-born and LA-based DJ, songwriter and producer Anna Lunoe.
Demand for tickets to the FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025 has remained high, with a limited number remaining for Thursday and Friday.
