After a thrilling Formula 1® Qualifying session, the fans who stayed at Albert Park were treated to two great support events at the FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025.
In the third of four races in the MSS Security Melbourne SuperSprint, Will Brown beat his Triple 8 teammate (and polesitter) Broc Feeney away at the start and they held position, until a Safety Car at the end of the opening lap (caused by James Golding being tapped into a spin).
Another Safety Car stacked the field again four laps later, allowing Feeney to consolidate second and deliver a 1-2 result.

Nick Percat took third and another podium for Matt Stone Racing, holding out Will Davison and his teammate Brodie Kostecki, who gained six positions from his 10th grid spot in Dick Johnson Racing’s Ford Mustang.
One of the drives of the race (which was shortened to 15 laps from 19) came from the Tickford Racing star Cam Waters. Starting from 19th on the grid, he picked his way through the pack, breaking into the top 10 within five laps and making it to ninth at the chequered flag.
As a result, Waters saw his championship points disappear, and Brown now led the championship by six points, 462-456.
In the third and final Porsche Carrera Cup race Dylan O’Keeffe leapt away from the start, ahead of GWR teammate Jackson Walls, who was in line to take round honours with second place.
But Alessandro Ghiretti, who started from seventh, sprinted after the leaders, taking third on lap four and second two laps later.
On lap 13 Ghiretti passed O’Keeffe and sped away to the win, with Jackson Walls third taking the overall win for the weekend.
When Harri Jones ran wide on the final lap he dropped to seventh place. Adrian Flack did a great job taking the ProAm class, but Rod Jane took fourth to take ProAm honours over the weekend.
