This beautiful and very accurate Ferrari 206S replica was built by Sam Johnson in Australia in the mid 1990s faithfully copying chassis 032R.
Powered by the Dino V6 engine & 5 speed transaxle, the car was driven regularly by Guido Belgiorno Nettis from 1998 appearing at the Australian Grand Prix numerous times.
The current owner purchased the Ferrari in 2013 and it was used frequently until a comprehensive rebuild of suspension, brakes, engine and major alterations to pedal assembly and seat to better accommodate the taller driver.
Ian "Sam" Johnson was a fibreglass genius and created the bodies of many of the most iconic sports cars in Australian racing history, including the JWF Milano series of racers.
