Formula Fine Dining at Carousel Sunday 16 March

Complete your 2014 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix experience with a mouth-watering fine-dining event from Australia’s best chefs. In past years we’ve savoured the culinary delights of internationally renowned chefs such as George Calombaris, Manu Fieldel, Shannon Bennett and Donovan Cooke.

In 2014, we’re continuing this fine tradition, with this year's menu designed by the legendary Neil Perry. Treat yourself and your guests to an exceptional evening inside the stunning Carousel, within the circuit, right on Albert Park Lake. The evening includes pre-dinner drinks on the balcony overlooking the sparkling city lights, Neil Perry mingling with diners and special guest speakers.

Legendary wine critic and author, James Halliday, has teamed up with the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Formula Fine Dining to select premium wines to complement an Neil Perry's exclusive menu. James will be in attendance on the evening and will share his knowledge on selecting fantastic Australian wine.

Includes specially designed menus and G.H. MUMM Champagne, premium wines, premium beer and soft drinks.

FORMULA FINE DINING TICKET HOLDER INFORMATION

Formula Fine Dining starts at 7:30pm and concludes at approximately 10:30pm. Ticket holders may access the circuit via Gate 2 (off Canterbury Road, opposite Wright Street) next to the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) from 6.30pm on the day. Guests are advised to take the nearby overpass to the infield, turn right and then follow the lake to Carousel.

At the conclusion of the event, shuttle buses will run between Carousel and Gate 1 (off Canterbury Road, opposite Armstrong Street, Albert Park).

Smart casual dress code will be required for Formula Fine Dining. .
